Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine, and I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service before future bookings can be made.
If you are running late, please let me know if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service.
